Okay, cool, it's biologically to some of us, roughly 3%-6% of the adults in the US struggle with some form of sex addition. Somewhere 10-20 million people.

Claims of an alcoholic father.

Fine, 54% of people in the US report that someone in their family has struggled with alcohol addiction. 28.9 million people in the US are battling with alcohol disorder.

Claims of his mother and grandmother fighting over him.

1.4% of the children in this country depend on that grandparent… for their everyday needs. 330,000 – 370,000 children in foster care.

In the U.S., a sexual assault is reported to the police approximately every 2.5 minutes.

About 1 in 5 (21%) of women have experienced completed or attempted rape in their lifetime. If you include all forms of sexual contact or harassment, that number jumps to over 80%.

About 1 in 33 men have experienced attempted or completed rape, but roughly 1 in 4 reports experiencing some form of contact sexual violence in their lifetime.

Nearly half, 47.5% of all victims are between the ages of 11 and 20. Another 18% are children under the age of 10.

In about 80% of cases, the victim knows their attacker. It’s rarely a "stranger in the bushes"—it’s more often a family member, a date, or a "trusted" friend.

Today, a man in California, who lured eight children with toys and candy before assaulting them. A judge gave him three consecutive life sentences, and he was let lose under California's "Elderly Parole Program."

It’s not a political game. It’s a long road to healing.
